Definitions

  • “I”, “Me”, “doqe” = The current owner of The Goober Project.
  • “Condo” = A Not Safe For Work ROBLOX Game. (we are not affiliated with ROBLOX or Discord)
  • “TGP” = The Goober Project, the group that owns The All Seeing Eye.
  • “Server”, “Guild” = A Server that can be created on the Discord platform.
  • “Flagged Server” = A server that we as the TGP Team think can potentially encourage users OR breaks the rules directly.
  • “Flag”, “User Flag” = A record on our database that indicates a user has shown potential and/or definite activity in the server.

How we collect your data:

We can collect the following data:

  • Booster status for every guild
  • Staff status for every guild
  • A message count for every guild (Includes slash command increments too)
  • A reaction count for every guild
  • A typing count for every guild
  • A poison count for every guild (If you react to a message, up to 99 other users will be flagged)
  • A first and last seen date for every guild
  • Your Discord UserId

Appeal Guidelines

Once you have appealed (requires a successful and mainly through review from the TGP Team), we keep your UserId & when you appealed.

We have a holding period for 365 days. If you go 365 days without being detected inside a condo server after that 365 day period, your records will be removed.

Appeal Tickets

When you create a ticket, all messages in the ticket will be stored (for later usage), as well as minimal metadata properties (closed reason, appealed, channel id, etc).

Tickets will soon be available to view on a private site for TGP Tickets.

Children’s Data

Our services are not directed at children under 13 neither do we knowingly collect personal data from them.

The only data we collect is limited to Discord metadata that can be seen here.

This information is used solely for moderation and bot functionality within guilds. No names, messages, or profile data are stored or processed by us.

If we are informed that a user on our banlist is under the age of 13, we will not remove their User ID from the list. Discord does not permit users under the age of 13 to use the platform, and moderation actions taken against such users remain valid to prevent unauthorized re-entry.
